Hotel Pravasa Stay

I was worn out after a long search and, thankfully, housekeeping came after I waited nearly 15 minutes. But the room was still a disappointment for ₹4,000/- including taxes. It was tiny, the bathroom was even smaller, there was no separate shower area or toiletries, and I had to ask specifically for a coffee pot. I needed two nights, but they only had one available, on 5th Feb, so I took it because I had no other option. After that first night, they let me extend for another night. Before heading out, I pressed the “Clean My Room” button. When I came back in the evening, nothing had been done, and the room stank because a wet towel had been left inside. I told reception this wasn't acceptable at such a high tariff, and I was too tired to use the room in that state. When I finally went to shower, there was no hot water. They said they'd switch on the geyser, but since that would take time, I ended up taking a cold shower with no choice.

The restaurant was superb, and the rooms were clean and quite good. What stood out most was how courteous the management and staff were. When I raised an issue with the facility manager, it was handled promptly. The hotel is affordable for people across income groups and sits in the middle of town, with very good connections to the railway station, bus depo n airport. A really memorable stay.

The food was mind-blowing, fresh at every meal, delicious, and beautifully presented. I stayed for two days and ran a two-day workshop in their conference room, and the whole experience was amazing. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful the whole time, with quick, professional service. A great mix of comfort, hospitality, and ambiance for a stay or a professional event. Highly recommended! 🌟

The food quality is excellent, and the staff are very humble. It's a budget-friendly hotel in a good location. My only issue is that the room TV needs maintenance. I'd strongly recommend it if you're looking for an affordable stay.
