It's hard for someone from outside the area to spot this as a hotel. There's nothing written in English or even food pictures on the board. It's directly opposite the petrol bunk, though, and guests can park their cars there. The food is great, and the place has been run by the same family across multiple generations for 100 years. I was amazed that the person managing it has a science PhD.
The rooms are decent and affordable if you book in person instead of online. The current price for a single AC room is 950₹, though the hotel may be new. Service is very poor, with no daily room cleaning or laundry. A restaurant, airport and pharmacy are nearby.
They charged a lot, and the customer service was awful. They gave us a double bedroom with only one bed. The way they spoke to us was really bad.
We stayed for a week, and there were a lot of problems. The water filters weren't maintained, and we ended up with throat pain. The place was dusty, there weren't any good restaurants nearby, and management wouldn't listen to us. For the money, it isn't worth it. I'd suggest SR residency instead, where the service is good.
An okay place for a night or two, with clean rooms and bathrooms. There's nothing special about it, and they don't provide towels, soap, or other items.
