The main issue was breakfast. I’d booked it with the stay, but it wasn’t as good as expected; they brought it from a local shop. The rest was good: the room and bathroom were clean, the lift was good, hot water was available throughout, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel is close to the main road, and Banana leaf restaurant nearby is a good family choice.

The rooms feel dated, though the location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The building is old and shows its age, but it’s a decent option here if the price is budget-friendly. There’s a little parking out front, with security for the parking area. The road beside it is the highway service road, and parking is very limited. If it isn’t a budget deal, decide after seeing the place.

I paid 4k for an executive suite with an extra bed, and there were problems all through the stay. The first room was too small, and they initially put the extra bed on the floor. After I asked, they changed it to a folding bed cart. The suite still felt too small, so I requested another room. That one was an okay size, but its intercom didn’t work at all. The shower kept running whenever the tap diverter was opened. There was no water at a crucial time in the morning; when it came back 15 minutes later, it was very dirty, apparently from the bottom of the water tank. That made us late for the airport, and breakfast arrived late too, so we couldn’t eat. They get breakfast from outside and can only provide it after 8 am. There’s no in-house dining or kitchen, which made things worse. The rooms are next to the tollgate bridge, so morning traffic noise came through the windows. Toiletries were inadequate, just handwash soap and a towel.
