The rooms are spacious, and the location in Phulbani is beautiful and peaceful, making it a good spot for a quiet stay. Lunch and dinner were decent, much better than the disappointing complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness was a major problem for me: the bedsheets and washrooms were untidy, which made the stay less comfortable.

I was very disappointed. They charged 1000.00 to use the washroom for just one hour, and there was no customer service or response from anyone. The rooms are tiny, about 90sqft total. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Odisha, especially in Phulbani. This hotel should be closed.

We needed a room urgently and booked a single room for one hour, paying more than one thousand rupees. Even so, they kept interrupting us by switching off the room lights, then told us to leave before the hour was up. The staff behaved horribly. This has been my worst experience in Odisha so far, and the hotel should be closed immediately.
