The location is convenient, and the staff were polite, with basic budget accommodation. My stay could still disappoint some people: there was no in-house kitchen, cleanliness was an issue, the AC didn't work, and essential toiletries were missing.

This suited my business visit, but I gave it four stars because there's no restaurant or kitchen on site. You have to go out for every meal or order online. Also, every room should have a chair with a backrest, which is a basic need. Only the suites had chairs.

My stay was marred by how staff handled a broken TV. It was already not working when I checked in, but after I reported it, they tried to charge me for the damage and said I was responsible. That accusation wasn't true, and their response felt unfair and unprofessional. I hope management sorts this out so other guests don't face the same problem.

The location near MIDC is prime, but I was surprised by the room condition and service. My room, bathroom, and even the tiny washbasin were cramped. Water was on the floor, and I found insects on the bed. When I told reception, a staff member came up and acted like it was normal. I'm surprised the hotel has such high ratings across social media. I strongly recommend avoiding it.
