Fabhotel Regent Inn

I cancelled my booking and still haven't got the booking amount back. The hotel raised the rate after I booked at the amount shown online, saying fares had changed and the third party managing the listing had shown the wrong price. It's unfair to increase the cost after a booking is confirmed. The hotel should check that the listed rates are available. This feels like a system that cheats customers.

The room smelled bad and wasn't properly maintained. There was no water when I checked in, and the staff were very rude. One of the worst stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend it for a peaceful stay.

The room at Fab Inn was good, but service and management were among the worst I've come across in India. The manager had a terrible attitude and didn't know how to speak to customers. I wouldn't tell anyone they stayed at a fabulous hotel.

The rooms were neat and clean, service was good, and the location was decent, so the stay was otherwise good. But the AC didn't work, the electricity was unreliable, the lights tripped in the middle of the night, and the set-top box hadn't been recharged.
