Cockroaches were all over the room, the lock was broken, and there was no service. Very bad hotel, I don’t recommend it at all. I have photos as proof.

The location was easy to find, but the room was only average, with paint peeling off the walls. There were cockroaches, and I felt itchy all over, possibly from dust mites on the mattress. The toilet was unhygienic, with a dripping flush tank and an unclean floor.

Cockroaches were everywhere in the room, even in the bed. The service was very bad, and everything here is broken. I don’t recommend it at all.

I expected proper maintenance and service for a week-long business stay, but got neither. The washroom was in very poor condition, with old taps, a broken shower, and things all over the place. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the room was in terrible shape. I had been meant to get Room 128 but was given Room 218 instead, which felt like a scam. I stayed at this OYO hotel for a week, and the experience left me really disappointed with OYO’s service and management. I won’t choose OYO again or recommend it to anyone staying more than a day. I’m attaching photos and videos as proof of the poor condition.

The receptionist spoke very rudely to customers. It was my first time at this hotel, and after this really bad experience, I’m not coming back.
