Doubletree By Hilton Pune - Chinchwad

I’ve been back to Double Tree by Hilton two or three times in the past couple of months, staying more than 25 days in total. I travel around India regularly for work and stay in plenty of hotels, so choosing to return says a lot. The location makes getting to shops, restaurants, and transport easy, and the rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping kept things pleasant day after day, which made a long stay feel easy. The beds are comfortable and it’s quiet, almost like being at home away from home. The team made a strong impression. Everyone was professional, friendly, and willing to help, and the departments seemed well coordinated. Their care for guest comfort and the little details mattered over a longer stay. At the front desk, Ms. Akashada, Mr. Vivek, and Mr. Nishant were welcoming and helpful at any hour. Restaurant Manager Ms. Savita and Chef Pawan Chamliyal also deserve a mention for the food and the attention they gave guests. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but many staff members left a positive impression. I also remember Mr. Aaush, Mr. Omkar, Mr. Ashwini, and Mr. Akash, whose kindness and upbeat manner added to the experience. I’d recommend this hotel for its comfort, food, and service. It’s a premium stay, with a real sense of comfort and luxury. The hotel clearly welcomes international travelers, with guests arriving from around the world, and EV charging is a useful modern feature. I also felt secure during my visit because the property maintains strong safety and hygiene standards.

Level 12 is a breezy terrace with lovely views, and the fountain and lighting make it feel special. They serve food and drinks there, while the ground floor restaurant has a buffet with a decent selection and good value. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, is easy to reach, and has plenty of parking. It’s an excellent luxury option in the Pimpri Chinchwad area. The overall visit was wonderful, and I’d recommend it for a relaxed meal in a comfortable hotel. Still, table service for things like starters and bread was limited, and the staff could be friendlier. When we asked about discounts and app offers, one captain argued with us, which felt unexpected at a well-known luxury hotel.

We only had a one-day stay, but left very happy with the comfort and hospitality. At 3 Spices Restaurant, Mr. Alam greeted us warmly each time, always smiling and in a great mood. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, which gave the short visit a personal touch. The food and service at 3 Spices were excellent. Thanks again, Alam, for making our stay memorable.
