Mrs. Puja Mehta was exemplary, friendly, proactive, and quick to meet my needs. When the kettle wasn't working, she got it replaced immediately. My room was 304. I really enjoyed my relaxing, pleasant stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient for badyanath temple and local attractions. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and service was excellent throughout. The WiFi was a real letdown for a premium hotel: it was slow when it worked, only covered certain floors, and cut out in the restaurant and lobby. The hotel should also be more transparent about charges. I booked directly and was told I was getting the lowest rate, but later learned the hotel offers much lower rates. That's very disappointing. They should consider complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, as other hotels do. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend it for service and comfort.

Madam Bhaghyashree helped us book this premium room, and I'm very thankful to her. My wife and I spent four days here with very good staff behavior. The room was spacious, the service was up to the mark, and the hotel was very well maintained. If we come to Deoghar again, we'll stay here with our family.

Naumi Ma'am and the rest of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms 501, 502, and 504. The location was convenient for badyanath temple and local attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and the service was excellent throughout. It was a relaxing, pleasant stay. I'd happily come back and recommend this place for good service and comfort.

The room was spotless, and the hotel was top-notch for cleanliness. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety and flavors I enjoyed in every bite. Staff gave me a warm welcome, were humble, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Kudos to the whole team!

Hotel Imperial Heights made our four-day Deoghar trip an amazing experience. The rooms were 501, 502, and 504, with very clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent amenities, and enough toiletries. The staff were courteous and well-mannered, and the hotel's restaurant food was delicious. Baba Baidyanath Temple is only 600 meters away and easy to reach on foot. Booking the Imperial Heights, Hotel for a Deoghar trip won't disappoint.
