The location worked well for getting to attractions and other places of interest. I was also impressed by the pool, gym, and on-site restaurant. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for a weekend getaway and would highly recommend the hotel.
The AC was the only saving grace. The rooms are tiny, and the washrooms were very dirty. No one was at reception to help, and the service was painfully slow: we asked for the room to be cleaned at 9am, went out, and came back at 8pm to find it just as we'd left it.
For ₹650, hotel blue sapphire felt worth the money. The staff were cooperative and let us check in early, and we got the basic amenities. I stayed there and it was good, but don't expect much more. It's not fair to compare it with hotels that cost ₹2000 or more.
There were insects and cockroaches all over the hotel, in every room, even on the beds. I pointed it out to the hotel staff, but they couldn't even move us to another room. A very, very bad experience. I'd advise anyone not to stay here.
The map pin is in the wrong place, so contact the hotel manager before you go. The rooms were clean and nice, the AC worked fine, and the staff were nice too.
