I booked a room for my workers, heard what they experienced firsthand, and went to inspect it. The mattresses were awkward spring ones that felt 20 to 30 years old. You could feel the springs while sitting or lying down, and a good night's sleep seemed impossible. Of the many electrical sockets, only two or three worked. The bathroom shower door was stuck at the bottom and had to be lifted to open. The overhead shower had weak pressure, and even opening the basin tap a little got you wet. The fan only worked at setting 1 or full speed. Air conditioner drainage was filthy: they'd put a half-cut plastic bottle on the concealed WC tank to catch the water, and it splashed on your head while you used the toilet. There was no kitchen, breakfast, or laundry service, and the staff weren't professional. They collected old mineral water bottles and refilled them with RO water, as they told me. With all these problems, it's hard to have confidence in the water source either. A big no for this property. I would never recommend this so-called hotel.

Staying at Geetanjali hotel was a waste of money. The service was very poor: nobody answered calls or replied, and no order ever arrived. They served breakfast from a roadside thela, and the quality was zero.

Breakfast was awesome, especially with ginger Chai, and the property was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The location is prime, near daily needs and other amenities. The property is huge and spacious, with attentive, helpful, amazing staff. It felt like a pleasant, safe stay with no hassle, so I'd highly recommend it.

Agoda's beautified photos fooled me. Despite being in a great locality, this place is more like a lodge or inn, and the basic rooms don't even have simple things like an electric kettle. The rooms were big but not nice, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen shuts at 8:30 pm sharp. I traveled with my parents, who are over 60, and the toilet flush didn't work. I reported it, but nothing was done before we checked out, even though our stay wasn't finished. Do not book hotels through Agoda.

The parking at Gitanjali hotel was really good, and the facilities were good too. The staff were cooperative. I met Mr tarun Sharma, who was very courteous and helpful. He even brought me milk at 2 AM.
