I’m a regular here, but the service is subpar. If I ask for a towel or fresh pillow covers, they say the laundry hasn’t arrived, and then never change them later. Cleaning isn’t done properly or unless I insist several times. To get room service, I have to keep going to reception because the landline phones in the rooms don’t work. If you think I’m making this up, come and see for yourself.

The staff all behaved well, and the hotel is in the best location.

Slow replies and no proper greeting, and the staff didn’t make any effort to help guests feel comfortable. They lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The linen was torn and dirty. I accidentally left my charger in the room, but the staff didn’t return it and made excuses. They treat guests like shit. Think carefully before booking, this hotel is pathetic.

They charge the full amount at check-in, but the service isn’t good and there’s no hospitality. The cabins are full of roaches, the toilet flushes don’t work, and they won’t even provide a glass for drinking water. The staff are useless.
