The room was in poor shape, and the washroom and bedsheets were dirty. For the price, it wasn't worth it. I'd tell others to think carefully before booking.
10/10
Good food, a pleasant, cool atmosphere, and complimentary breakfast and water. The place is well maintained.
6/10
Parking is plentiful, hot water is available all day, and the service was good during our visit through Travels (Nirmala). The room was a bit untidy, and the bedsheets weren't clean, so we asked for fresh ones.
2/10
Staff didn't respond to questions or queries, and the customer interaction was very poor. It felt unprofessional. I won't stay here again.
4/10
The location near the old Mumbai Pune Highway was the only thing I liked. The rooms were just okay, and service, especially at reception, was very poor. They usually wouldn't take cards, and when I asked, they added a 3% charge that wouldn't appear on the bill. Drinking water wasn't complimentary either. I wouldn't recommend it to business travellers.
