The food was excellent, arrived on time, and was presented beautifully. The team checked that our preferences were met, which gave the meal a personal touch. Everyone coordinated well and kept the service smooth and enjoyable. We especially appreciated Sanjh, Pornima, Omkar, and Varsha. Their friendly, positive approach and readiness to do extra made a real difference. They handled everything efficiently and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. From when we arrived, the Food & Beverage team was warm, welcoming, attentive, and professional, always available without being intrusive. It was a memorable dining experience, and we’re grateful to the whole team for the effort. We look forward to coming again and highly recommend the F&B service. Keep up the fantastic work!

The food at Ginger is absolutely mouth-watering, and huge thanks to the chef and kitchen team for that. This was just my second stay here, but the first time I’ve stayed this long in one hotel. I was there for a week, from 10th May to 17th May, and it was a really positive experience overall. Somnath ji from Housekeeping was super helpful and always got things done as soon as I asked. He went an extra mile, and Ankita from Housekeeping, along with Omkar, Farhan, and Sanjh from the Restaurant, gave warm service and were constantly smiling. A little upkeep would make the experience 10/10. The tiling feels dated, the bathroom fittings need maintenance, and the yellowed bathroom walls don’t clean up with a wash. Please consider replacing the dustbins too.
