Hotel Corporate Guestline by OYO Rooms

Cockroaches seemed to be everywhere, and the complimentary breakfast felt like a myth. When we complained, nobody replied, and there was no hot water. I also couldn’t get anyone at reception to answer the phone. The room had a TV and set-top box, but they weren’t connected. I got the impression that many couples use this hotel just for affairs.

The room was good, and the bathroom was clean and fresh, but there were several hassles. The Wi-Fi was there, but no password was provided, and the booklet didn’t list the reception or room-service extension. In the morning, the taps had no water. I asked for help, but it took too long to fix, and there was also an intercom problem. Food was very expensive: one boiled egg cost Rs 50. If you’re staying for one night, I’d suggest eating dinner outside and then resting in your room. They said they wouldn’t be on OYO because of some trouble, though I don’t know the details and there may have been a misunderstanding.

I couldn’t stay there and left at 3 o’clock at night. There were rats throughout the hotel, and the ACs in all the rooms were leaking water everywhere. The manager and even the owner seemed to tolerate these problems. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness was really good, and the rates were quite reasonable. The staff were very cooperative, and breakfast is included if you choose a selected room. It worked well as a place to stay with family or friends. I had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.
