I booked through OYO and was shocked when I saw the hotel. I’ve lost trust in Metroview, which I understand is a chain, and completely lost trust in OYO too. It feels like they’re fooling people to make money. Booking.com is 100% trustworthy. OYO management needs to address this grievance if it doesn’t want the brand to go down the rabbit hole.

The hotel smelled bad and had no ambience. There was no geyser, the AC didn’t work, and they didn’t provide a water bottle. Staff behavior wasn’t good either. Booking here was a pathetic decision. It felt like going to a kotha for a stay. Better to avoid it.

There’s no service and the room isn’t good. Please find another hotel, even if it costs more. Never stay here. I’d rather stay at the railway station.

This place is a dumpster, not worth even one star.

The place smelled bad and was unhygienic, with pathetic behavior from the owner and poor management. They charged extra money without providing any service. The worst hotel ever. I wouldn’t recommend going here. It felt like a kotha.
