The family restaurant and open to sky restaurant were very good, and the rooms were clean with facilities up to the mark. Mr. Singh at reception was courteous and very helpful throughout. We had a wonderful experience at 84 East Moshi, Pune. Must visit.

Restaurant food, room service, security, and general discipline were all excellent. I’d strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay while enjoying a trip to Pune.

Room service was poor. The rooms were okay, but the AC barely worked and the toilet flush was broken. They offered other rooms, but they were very small. Even after I reported the flush, it still hadn’t been fixed 24 hours later. A very bad experience.

The staff were rude and dismissive, and after paying, I felt completely on my own. They insisted on full payment before check-in, with no flexibility or hospitality, then didn’t respond when I called several times for help. The TV and AC either didn’t work or weren’t provided. This was one of my worst hotel stays. For the price and hassle, I can’t recommend it. Look elsewhere if you expect basic service, professionalism, or courtesy.

Priya at reception was warm and exceptionally polite. She answered our questions with a smile and helped with special requests, making the stay feel easy and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a delightful stay at Hotel Little Mastif.
