The reception person was rude, the rooms were awful, and the rates were high. Service was terrible too. If I’d known, I never would have gone. Minus one star for the service and the room overall. Avoid booking this hotel, the service is cheap and low grade.

Breakfast is the best, and the service and staff are good. My boss and I have been staying here regularly for the past two years. It’s our first choice when we travel from Sambhajinagar to Chinchwad. Visit the place.

The bed cover was covered in bubbles, and the room was hot. The AC wasn’t working in any of the rooms, and even at maximum cooling it was barely better than a fan. The person there didn’t respond or help. Everything from reception to the rooms was bad. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have gone. Minus one star for the service and room overall. Avoid booking here, the service is cheap and low grade.

Good location, nice ambiance, and easy to get to. Best room, service, and breakfast.

The hotel only looks good from outside. Toilets were dirty, the staff and owner were rude and unprofessional, and breakfast was stale. There’s no kitchen for live cooking and serving. Even as an Oyo franchisee, the service didn’t meet a basic standard. When concerns were raised, the owner replied, “Chalo niklo hotel se”.
