Our company staff have chosen this hotel regularly, including for stays of 15-30 days, because service used to be accommodating and professional. In a recent interaction, though, the person at the front desk who said he was the manager was abrupt and dismissive when we raised concerns. This fell short of the excellent service we’d come to expect. It seems staff and management have changed, and the overall service has suffered.

The location was the one good thing. We booked online for 30 people, but the beds were in poor shape, taps leaked, door locks were broken, and service was very poor. Cockroaches were everywhere, and someone found condom packets in a cupboard. The room was overpriced.

I stayed for just one night and found the place economical, clean, and hygienic, with an environment suited to families and business travelers. I didn’t order anything, so I can’t comment on the food.

We’ve been a regular family for four years, but on our last two visits we found bed bugs. This is really pathetic. You’re going to lose loyal customers who’ve been coming for years.
