I stayed because my company booked it for me and it was late at night when I arrived. I didn't have the energy to look for another hotel then, but the stay was hell. They made me pay for all three days at check-in and refused to refund anything if I left early. For 2500 rupees a night, I couldn't name one good thing about the place. Totally pathetic. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches for company, and the whole gallery was dark. Staff were unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to customers. Nobody at reception picked up calls. There were no slippers, shampoo, soap, dental kit or shaving kit. Water supply was inconsistent, the TV only had free channels, and they wouldn't accept a credit card. It felt like the perfect place to shoot a horror movie without changing anything.

There was a water problem, the rooms had no ventilation and were in very bad shape, and room service was poor too. My experience here wasn't good at all. Don't book, even by mistake.

The room was okay for a day, but the area is all factories and steel and plastic shops, with nothing else around the building. They charge a lot for what you get, so it doesn't feel worth it for a vacation with family. It's really only worth considering if you're on your own for a day or so. It was my first time in Pune. A normal hotel would check in ahead of time about arrival and a taxi, but this one did neither. They advertised complimentary breakfast and said they had a hotel. The next morning, they said there were only two breakfast options and would deliver them to the room. The same thing happened the day after.

The staff at Hotel Shreeyash Residency, Pune were helpful and polite to customers, and the room was comfortable with all the necessary things. Fab Hotel Shreeyas was fabulous, with good facilities. I had a good experience and especially recommend it for business trips or meetings.

The sheets were dirty, water pressure in the washroom was too low, and room service was poor. The A/C barely worked and the charging sockets were broken, among other issues. I've attached photos, so take a look.
