The AC in my room leaked, though it wasn’t a big deal since the weather was already cold. There is wifi, but it doesn’t reach the rooms, so it’s kind of pointless. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly, which were basic things I needed and they got right. There’s an elevator, useful since I was with older people, and they provided soap, drinking water, and a geyser for hot water. A good place to stop for the price.

The staff, including the guards and room service team, were good, and room service was excellent. The hotel is centrally located, and the room was spacious, with a good bed, sofa, and rack. The air conditioner worked well, and the cable TV had all the channels we usually watch. Hygiene was the problem: we spotted several cockroaches in the bathroom, on the rack, and on the table, and reported them to staff. For an average-quality room, the price was exceptionally high.

Getting around from here is easy at any hour, and the hotel is easy to spot from the highway, right at Ambedkar Chowk. It's a decent budget option with friendly staff, tidy, well-kept rooms, and good room service. The rooms could use more ventilation, though. If you want a reasonably priced place, I'd be comfortable choosing it.

The food brought to the room was tasty and the portions were good. Since the hotel was full and overbooked, the manager offered us a suite instead. It was spacious, with a separate dining table and sofa, plus a bathtub and basic toiletries in the washroom. The hotel is on the fourth floor.
