Lunch was a letdown. The food's quality and quantity were below basic expectations, and long waits between orders made the meal worse. Both the food standards and service speed need improvement.

The ambience is nice, but the food wasn't tasty or good. Prices felt far too high for the quality and small portions. Each Manchurian and noodles cost more than 300, yet the quantity was very little and the taste only average. The Manchurian was half-cooked and raw inside. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stopped for lunch and found the service poor for the hefty charges, with subpar portions too. Maintenance was also awful: the bottle used to serve water had algae growing in it. When we pointed it out, the person at reception blamed some guy from outside who had given it to them and left.

The food was delicious, especially the afgani Mali tikka, which was awesome. The General Manager was particularly helpful and sportive, and jitupo was a good, sportive boy. All the staff were good too. Thank you, hotel grandeur. I'll make sure to visit next time I'm in Pune.

The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Room cleanliness was only average, though, and the hygiene and housekeeping could be better. Rooms and all areas should be cleaned more thoroughly before guests check in.
