OYO 23383 Sai Holiday Resorts

We recently visited with family friends and enjoyed the outing. The kids had fun in the pool, and the resort grounds are large with very scenic surroundings. It’s a good spot for a day trip, quite near Pune and just 18 km from Hinjewadi. The food was good overall, especially the morning and evening snacks. We ordered vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch. The baigan bharta was awesome, while the chicken curry was just okay. As someone who likes non-veg food, I’d like to see the non-veg recipes improved. Still, it’s a good place to visit with family friends.

The property is huge and well planned, with a pool, table tennis, carrom, and a party area with a large lawn. We got a very cheap rate through a hotel booking app. It’s good value, though it’s outside Pune, 25 km from Kothrud. Mr. Bhingare, the manager, was very helpful. My friend and I checked in at 11 pm, and he stayed in touch, showed us our room himself, and handed over the keys. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and they respected our privacy. It felt family friendly, and we had an amazing experience. A good choice if you want an outskirt stay.

The location and surroundings are great, but the staff need to be more professional. I’m a regular Oyo customer, and I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service and professionalism at Oyo before. That’s where this resort falls short. The area near the swimming pool is haunted, yes, because we experienced it. They refused room service after 8 pm. The plates, glasses, and cups we were given were dirty, and there were ants in the flask when we ordered coffee. Despite such a good location, our stay was awful. If something has happened there, the resort should warn guests in advance. What we experienced was dangerous, especially if a couple is staying there, and it could happen to anyone.

Some room air conditioners weren’t working, the toilets weren’t clean, and rooms weren’t cleaned daily. Only two people were employed to look after the resort. The food quality needs a lot of improvement. The one thing they were very particular about was collecting payment from guests promptly.
