Fabhotel The Orient

I paid Rs.500 as check-in charges and left. The toilet was unhygienic, and the bedspreads and pillow covers smelled of sweat. It seemed they were just dusted and reused, rather than washed and replaced. Escape.

Breakfast was just paratha, and there weren’t enough staff to meet the need. Their behavior was very bad too. The washroom was filthy, had plumbing problems, and the room smelled. There was no room service and no basic kit with shaving supplies, a dental kit, or shampoo. I’m surprised by Fab hotel and don’t know what’s going on with the FAB HOTELS brand or its standards. I think this was my last stay in a FAB HOTEL.

We booked a room to freshen up for two hours and were charged 1500. That part was fine, but there was no electricity the whole time and we were sweating badly. When I said I’d pay 1000 rather than 500 because of the problems, they started arguing with us. They only want money and don’t provide service. The staff were unprofessional and didn’t know how to talk to clients. I’d never recommend this place. Don’t book it, or you may face a lot of issues.

The food was disgusting, the toilets weren’t clean, and service was neither good nor quick. The manager was very rude too. 😡🤬🤬
