The food was the one thing I didn't like. It was really expensive compared with other hotels, and the taste was horrible. Breakfast was poor too. The room itself was excellent, large, neat, and clean, while room service and maintenance were top class and the staff friendly. I'd recommend it as a mid-range, family-friendly hotel if you don't care about the view.

The Srinagar hotel's location isn't good, and the food quality is average. I've stayed at their hotels for the third or fourth time, though, and once you're inside, you enjoy their hospitality. The place felt peaceful and luxurious, and the staff were welcoming and very polite, with remarkable hospitality. Thanks to Mr. Tahir and Miss Geeta for making us feel at home. It was a fantastic experience.

The hotel was very clean and right in the middle of Srinagar. Everyone was caring and polite, and the overall management was perfect, from the location and housekeeping to room service, food, and restaurant. I suggest visiting this resort in Pahalgam. It was a wonderful experience, just loved it.

Breakfast was awful, with zero quality. I couldn't eat anything except bread and butter, the floor was very dirty, and even the Maggi at breakfast was bad. The staff were good, but everyone at the hotel seemed to be complaining about one thing or another. The rooms were spacious and okay, but there was no view at all. It's tucked inside a street, which isn't a preferred location. In one word, not worth staying.
