Apple Orchard Resort & Spa - Overlooking Zabarwan Mountain

The orchard setting is so peaceful and gives the place an authentic Kashmiri feel. Waking up among the apple trees was surreal and looks amazing in photos. It was well maintained, the staff were warm, and the food was delicious. As a rider, I especially appreciated the ample secure parking. I didn't have to worry about my scooter overnight. Highly recommend if you want a scenic, comfortable place to recharge before the highway.

I wasn't feeling well during my stay, so I worked and enjoyed the view from my room. The food was good, and they upgraded me, which I really appreciated. I was there from 7th April till 12th, after speaking with Shakeel about the pricing and details. I was traveling solo around Kashmir for a long trip, and the property I'd stayed at before was pathetic. One of my uber drivers brought me here, so I booked and moved in for 5 nights. It's a good place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Shoutout to Farhan and Shakeel for being excellent hosts. Keep doing the good work.

The support staff, sajjadji and gulam kadriji, were courteous and caring, always ready to help with a smile. Shakeelji at the front desk was just as welcoming, with a cheerful smile. Breakfast and dinner both had a good spread, and the food was scrumptious. Thanks to chef Sajjadji for such delicious meals. We stayed 4 nights at this property in the apple orchard, among red, green, and golden Apple trees. The icing on the cake was being able to pick apples without anyone asking questions. 5 on 5 for everything. One of the best choices in Srinagar.

The staff were professional, helpful, and quick, and the restaurant served delicious food with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Breakfast had a satisfying variety and met expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with tasteful interiors, and the resort has approximately 25 rooms, creating a calm, organized feel. The apple orchard and cherry trees were beautiful. We visited in the first week of April 2025, when the landscape had lots of apple blossoms. In Chandpora, Srinagar, the resort is also close to Dal Lake, making it a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend it for a pleasant, memorable visit.
