I chose this hotel online because it was close to the Central Railway station, but the stay turned into a nightmare. Cockroaches were all over the rooms and corridors, and I heard from other people that there were bed bugs too. The hotel’s front looks like a slum, and the surroundings aren’t good either. Inside, the furniture was rotten and the bathrooms mouldy. There was no hot water in the room; they brought it from somewhere else in buckets. The staff seemed fed up with the owner and unwilling to take much responsibility. If you want to avoid ruining your time and peace of mind, NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!!!

There are so many bedbugs and mosquitoes in the room that staying there could be hazardous for babies and other people, and harmful to health. I humbly ask the owner to close the hotel if they knowingly let people stay in these harmful conditions. If they can’t fix the problem or take action, closing it would be better.

The pictures didn’t match what I found, and the room was full of cockroaches. I had a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Sleep is a dream at this hotel. The room I got was the worst I’ve ever seen, with flies, mosquitoes, and every kind of insect. It’s more like a zoo than a room. The manager is rude and the staff aren’t cooperative. Just don’t book here.

If cockroaches are your thing, this is the hotel for you. The whole experience was awful.
