Dear Mr.Mahindra K. Desai, My stay in room 211 at JMC Moon Indore was a terrible experience. At check-in on 07-01-2026, I was told they had only one room without a TV and that it was too small, but they would give me a good room the next day. I was then told the next day that they could move me, only to be told the rooms were sold out. I said I'm a regular customer, but it made no difference. The breakfast wasn't good either, and I had already given the reception that feedback that morning. Congratulations on having a worst hotel. Regards, V.Manivannan.

The stay was good apart from an issue with the water. They gave one liter per person, but when I asked for more, they brought RO water in used Bisleri bottles. That concerned me. I'd prefer sealed bottled water instead of reused bottles to reduce possible health risks.

The basement restaurant has really good taste and quality, and the rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is well maintained, has all facilities, and the service is good. Mr. AWADHESH at reception was very kind too. Overall, a good stay, and I'd recommend it.

We had a really bad experience. The staff were impolite and uncooperative, and room service wasn't good. Food took more than an hour whenever we ordered. When I asked about the delay, they gave us a nonsense answer. Orders were always incomplete, and the food didn't taste good either. I'd ask everyone to choose another hotel instead of this bakwaas place.
