The only real issue was the internet on the 3rd floor, and I hope the hotel sorts it out before a future visit. Otherwise, our family stay was a pleasure. The front office was fabulous, and the restaurant staff were patient and understanding. They even made khichdi for my toddlers without charging us. Parking was available, and the security uncle was very understanding. The staff and restaurant team did a five star job. We'd happily stay again if we come to pondicherry.

We first picked this hotel because it was convenient for getting to the churches, including villianur Madha church. On that trip, the suite for three was neat and the housekeeping impressed me. We came back and booked a deluxe room, but it smelled of fungi, was dusty, and the toilet exhaust didn't work. The toilet wasn't very clean either. I was unwell and asked for a kettle so I could drink hot water, but they refused. The vegetarian restaurant and breakfast spread were okay, though in-room dining wasn't pleasing. Its location near well-known roads, shopping, and restaurants is handy, but the room rates are high for what felt like a two star hotel. I think this was our last stay. I'm sure there are better priced hotels in Pondy with better hospitality and customer service.

We paid 7500 for one night and it was a really bad stay. They called it a 3 star hotel, but it felt like an average lodge. The rooms weren't clean, the towels hadn't been washed, and they served coffee in a broken cup. Nobody guided us or helped us with anything. NISHA, the restaurant server, had a lot of attitude and didn't serve us properly. Worst experience I've had.

I felt comfortable and relaxed here. My room was spacious, clean, and looked after well, and the staff were friendly and professional. I had a wonderful stay.
