Accord Puducherry

Prasanna and Saravanan made a real difference with their patient, thoughtful and professional care. They looked after every customer so well, and we really appreciated their dedication and support. Thank you both for taking such good care of everyone.

The main road location is handy, though it's far from white town. Our room was spacious, and the staff, security, parking crew, and restaurant service were excellent. Breakfast was excellent too, with good quality food. The lunch buffet had plenty of choices but felt a little expensive. They didn't charge for our kid's buffet. Valet parking was a plus, and the hotel is kid friendly, with customized cooking and a dedicated play area. The room could be quieter, since lobby noise came in from the gate side.

The engagement event went well, and the hospitality was good until a disappointing checkout issue. We had left some toiletries in the room, along with a gold ring. We were told they couldn't find the ring, which I understood, but wasn't happy about. After a lot of discussion and requests, we found out the toiletries had been thrown in the garbage as soon as we checked out. Please keep forgotten belongings in lost and found for at least a day or two, whatever the item is. Thanks.

The breakfast was a real plus during my roughly 4.5 days at The Accord Puducherry. It had a generous mix of Indian and continental food, and everything tasted fresh. I also enjoyed a quiet morning at the clean pool before a long day. I stayed in a twin bedroom. It was spacious, comfortable for a longer visit, and well maintained. Housekeeping was attentive, and they left chocolates each evening. On my first day there was a plate of fresh whole fruits too. The service across the hotel was polite and efficient without being intrusive. Nothing felt especially luxurious, but things ran smoothly, and I felt well looked after. A comfortable, reliable option with good amenities and warm hospitality.
