There were cockroaches in the room and it wasn’t clean. Service was poor, and the price didn’t feel fair for this kind of stay. Four years ago, the staff were patient and respectful, and the service and management were very good. The new management seems focused on money and business instead of customer satisfaction.

The hotel is in the main part of White Town and has CCTV surveillance throughout, plus parking. Manager pritish and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I came with my family and had a very good experience.

The AC wasn’t working, and the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. There were bed bugs along the walls and on the sheets, as well as cockroaches. The washroom was in bad shape and the room wasn’t maintained or hygienic. They charge too much for this. A complete disaster, 0/10.

The hotel is near the beach, White Town, and restaurants. Staff member prithish guided us well and took great care of us. He’s a really nice person. I’ll definitely come back to citibussiness.

It’s close to the main centres in Pondicherry, but the room could be cleaner. The toilet fittings were old, dirty, and poorly maintained. At Rs2000/- a night for an AC room, it wasn’t worth the money.
