A great place for a family stay, with more space than other service apartments. The extra beds need changing because they smell very bad. They didn’t provide towels or anything else, not even water, so you need to bring everything yourself.

The rooms and service are very nice, but prices get very high around New Year. Language could also be a problem for North Indian guests. Only the Aunty owner speaks English; the other workers don’t understand Hindi or English.

For a spacious room, AC, and heater in the city, this is a better choice than spending more on a resort with just one swimming pool. It’s bang near Rock Beach, less than 2km away, and Serenity and Auriville are nearby too. The only flaw when we went was no Wi-Fi. The owner or security were friendly and didn’t disturb our private time.

We stayed in a 3 bh flat in the city, close to the beaches and White City. The owners are good, approachable, and not money-minded. When we lost a bag in an auto, Geetha mam helped us get it back.

I paid 10 days ago and got a confirmation email and message, but when I arrived with my whole family, they said the place was under renovation and that they had no online booking system. They told me to contact the booking partner. The contact numbers were all switched off when I called, and I was totally blank :-( I didn’t want to spoil the vacation mood, so.... Don’t book through their website, I had a very bad experience. The location isn’t good for a trip either, it’s in a residential area and not near a beach or tourist places.
