This was one of my worst hotel stays. I checked in yesterday morning, and the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and unlike what had been promised. The bedsheets looked unclean, the bathroom was filthy, and there was a constant bad smell. The cupboard was broken and unusable, the flush didn’t work, the door wouldn’t close properly, and broken floor tiles seemed like a safety risk. Several basic amenities were missing or out of order. It felt as if nobody had cleaned or inspected the room before handing it over. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and spending your money somewhere that meets basic hygiene, maintenance, and safety standards.

We had a problem and had to stay there, but I’d suggest avoiding it so you don’t ruin your night. There’s no car parking, the TV didn’t work, and people were often drinking outside the hotel. It’s in a bad area, with a bar right in front that doesn’t feel suitable for families to see. The rooms were very bad, with torn plaster all over, including in the washroom. They also asked for an extra 200 for a single bed, which came with a smelly blanket.

The location was easy to get to, and the staff were kind and polite. It was good value for money, and I’d recommend this hotel.

The rooms were really good, and the price was cheap for what we got. It was worth the stay.

Good service and friendly staff. The room was nice, and the food and grocery supermarket were useful. It’s in the city centre, so it was easy to find, and the location is good.
