For the price, it was okay. The rooms and hall were very big, with a dining area, but the toilets were comparatively small. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom, and we had broken accessories and a damaged false ceiling inside. The room divider was gypsum board, so it didn’t feel safe, and we could hear noise from next door. The TV was in the hall; I didn’t check whether it worked. There was no room service.

We booked ahead so we wouldn’t have to worry about a place to stay after a long trip, especially on vacation. But when we got there, they said there was an issue and wouldn’t let us check in. If they knew about a problem, they shouldn’t have accepted the booking or at least should have told us. Why make a reservation in advance if this can happen?

We were charged ₹1,200 a night, but the rooms were very dirty and the washrooms smelled. There was no room service and no other amenities. They didn’t even ask if we needed water. One of the worst hotels we’ve seen.

It’s far from the city centre, in a bad area, and getting there isn’t easy. The rooms are poor and the washroom is tiny. Definitely not worth the money.

For what it costs, the place was in really bad shape. The room wasn’t clean, the TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi, and the washroom was in poor condition.
