Pondicherry Houseboats

The hosts are lovely, and the house has a genuinely homely feel in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s about 6-7 km from the city centre, the white town, and around 3 km from Eden's beach. There’s a front garden and a terrace you can access, and the house has two floors. Downstairs, there are two rooms, a living area with a TV, speakers and a swing, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas, utensils and RO. The bathrooms all have geysers. Upstairs, there are two rooms, a living area, and a kitchen with an induction cooker and RO. There are two bathrooms, one shared and one attached, and a spacious balcony. The upstairs rooms have bedding but no beds.

We found Ecstasy Homestay neat, spacious and comfortable during our September trip to Pondicherry. The kitchen was well equipped, so preparing meals was easy, and the homely atmosphere suited us well. It seems like a good fit for families or couples. The owner was especially kind and helpful the whole time. We had a wonderful couple of days and would recommend it to anyone visiting Pondicherry.

It felt like being at home. The rooms were clean, the hospitality was very good, and the price was affordable. An excellent homestay, highly recommended!

We had a great time here. The owner is kind and helpful, and the accommodation is clean and feels safe. I’d happily recommend booking Ecstasy homestay.
