We stayed here with 4 friends on 14/8/2022, and the owner charged 4.5 k for a one-day stay in an AC room. The owner was a gentleman, very humble, and the place was easy to access. The AC and geyser worked, the bathroom was spacious, and the rent was nogogiable. But the room itself was very small and congested. The curtain was broken, the blanket was dirty with many blood spills, and there were so many mosquitoes. There was a cupboard, but the owner said he had kept some materials in it, so there was no locker for 4 ppl in that small room. They didn't accept online payment, cash only. I'd give it 2 star out of 5.

I went last year and have only now had a chance to leave this review. I booked through OYO, but they wouldn't even open the gate. They said OYO doesn't give them any money and that they wouldn't let us in if we'd booked online. A very bad experience. Don't go to this hotel if you book through OYO or online.

Oyo, please remove this place from your app, it will spoil your brand. The rooms aren't clean, there are lots of rats, and construction is still going on because the hotel hasn't been fully built. There's no WiFi and no proper water facility.

Everything was dirty, with dust all over inside the room, and it wasn't cleaned at all. Our Oyo booking had already been paid for, and we couldn't cancel it, so we had to stay for one night. To me, this place is third class. Don't come here.

The room we got was very small, with a tiny washroom that had only a washbasin and WC, no bathing area. The common area between the rooms was quite big, though. When we arrived, we struggled to find the building because it didn't look like it does on Google.
