We had a confirmed booking for 3 adults, but were charged extra for bedding that should have been included. It felt like cheating and hidden charges. The staff argued instead of helping, and were rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I didn’t feel the hotel was safe or suitable for families, with no transparency, professionalism, or concern for guests’ comfort and safety. Avoid this place and save your money.

The rooms were excellent, the stay peaceful, the location great, and the staff cooperative. Complimentary breakfast was good too. The only problem was parking. I had to leave the car across the road under a tree, and it got very dirty from droppings. I’d have given five stars if parking weren’t an issue.

The location is the main advantage, since it’s convenient for exploring the area. Beyond that, I didn’t find much value for money. I paid about ₹8.7k for two nights in the smallest room, which felt overpriced for the limited space and basic amenities. The complimentary breakfast was below average in taste and had very few options. I’d eat at nearby restaurants instead.

The booking included complimentary breakfast, but the choices were extremely limited and the staff seemed reluctant to serve anything. Their attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, and service was poor, as if they weren’t interested in looking after guests. The whole stay fell far below what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The bathroom had a constant bad sewage smell, and the bed was awful. It was so soft I couldn’t sleep peacefully, and if you have orthopedic issues, your pain may return right away. The room was cramped and the price was high. They still didn’t bring bath towels after I asked several times, and the restaurant food was terrible. I’ve lost faith in Treebo after checking in here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.
