The staff were pleasant, and the place was fairly clean, but it’s very basic. A few simple things were missing, like a towel, soap, and lamp. Most rooms are inside rooms without windows, so they smell stale and mouldy. Indian families may be okay, but foreign tourists could use more information on arrival, like how to switch on the wifi in the rooms and which switches control hot water, the fan, and air con.

The rooms are clean and nicely set up with electronic devices, and we could come and go whenever we wanted. The problem was room service. They only do it at their fixed time, even when we needed it at another time, unless we pay extra.

It’s a basic, ordinary room, so don’t expect much. We paid ₹1600 per day for 2 people, which felt like a bomb when Oyo is 1100 plus on nearby weekdays. The bathroom tap wasn’t working properly, and the geyser didn’t work either. There are multiple choices nearby, so think before booking. Nothing negative spread, just what I found.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The room is okay for 3-4 people, but it’s overpriced and the service is very bad. They don’t even want to give you the free water bottle from the next day.

The room was quiet and air-conditioned, with a huge bed and a very pleasant private balcony. The hotel is close to the center and especially brand new. Staff were welcoming, available, and caring. The value for money is unbeatable, and I highly recommend it.
