TSV Hotel

Please don't go to this TSV hotel. We suffered a lot. The receptionist was very rude, and the hotel wouldn't let visitors come see us in our room. If someone came to visit, the receptionist told them to book another room. We couldn't sleep because of all the mosquito bites. The towels were dirty and smelled, and they weren't washing the bed sheets and towels. The water heater didn't work, so we couldn't take a hot bath. 😡😞

We booked a deluxe room online, but the hotel gave it to someone else and then demanded extra money to provide us a room. The rooms were filthy, the mattresses and sheets were in disgusting shape, and the whole place seemed neglected. There were wine stains and cigarette marks all over the room. The supposed facilities were no good: there was no proper TV, the AC didn't work, and the restrooms didn't even have a basic water supply. Absolutely terrible experience, this hotel is a complete scam. I wouldn't recommend it even in the worst situation.

It's noisy because the place is right on a main highway, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The rooms could be maintained a bit better.

The receptionist was extremely rude and behaved terribly. We almost ended up in a fight. They don't know how to speak or behave, and the owners should teach them basic manners. The receptionist speaks rudely to men and softly to women.
