A R Pride Residency-Port Blair

The bathroom layout meant bath water stayed there instead of reaching the sink. The room smelled bad, and the TV screen was broken. We asked for a boiled egg at breakfast and were told we'd get one next time. There won't be a next time, even if the stay were free. To get a toothbrush, water or tea powder, you have to go downstairs and ask. They didn't speak or understand English, only Hindi. There are plenty of other issues too. When you've travelled so far, this place isn't worth it. Staying just one night was the best decision. I had a terrible experience and would never choose this hotel.

The staff were professional and took good care of things from check-in through checkout. My room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which matters most to me. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The room was dark, the mattress was dirty and the washroom was very narrow. The amenities hadn't been properly explained, and even the kettle hadn't been cleaned. We had a terrible stay at A R Pride Hotel. Zero stars from me.

Before our morning flight, there was no water. The room phone didn't work, and reception's personal number couldn't be reached either. No one was physically at the reception. The rooms had a foul smell and poor ventilation, with cracks and no proper water connection. The telephone still wasn't working.
