Mr. Faruk and his team, including Madam Rehena, were very cordial and helpful. Mr. Faruk is the backbone of the hotel, and I hope he keeps giving visitors such heartfelt support in future. The food was satisfactory, and getting around to places in Port Blair was easy, with the hotel right in the middle of town. I had a nice four-day stay here. You can stay without hesitation. Thanks.

The location worked well for us, and we felt safe there with our family. We stayed four days and had a nice time. The manager and staff were pleasant, and they made different kinds of food to suit our requests. Room service and everything else was nice too.

The room was in bad shape: the fan and AC didn't work, the switchboard was in very poor condition, the bathroom wasn't clean, the TV was out, and the door handle was faulty. Couples wouldn't feel comfortable there. The first woman at reception suggested paying extra to upgrade, then a man said there was no option except paying the full amount for another room. When I said I'd leave and went back to my booked standard room, I called reception about the problems. They answered quickly and offered the deluxe room again, but repeated that I'd have to pay the full amount. In the morning, I called several times while leaving and they didn't pick up, then they cut off another call. I had to carry my luggage from the third floor down to the ground floor. A very bad experience and poor service.

The food was really good, and all the staff were helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Faruk (manager) for looking after us so well. Amazing hospitality, and a great stay. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.
