Mr Jacob was friendly and helpful, and the property was clean. For the location, it felt very affordable and like a good budget option. The hotel is in a prime spot and the service was good. The photos I’m attaching were taken at checkout, so the bedding looks a little used. When we checked in, it was neat, clean, and well maintained.

The staff were pleasant and polite, but they weren't much help beyond that. We asked the receptionist if he could have a cake ready for our friend's celebration, offering to pay in advance, and he refused. There also isn't much food nearby because the hotel is a bit far from the main market. We couldn't even find a fruit shop within a couple of kilometres. It's an okay place, just hard to justify the price.

We spent three days there and the room wasn't cleaned once. It was small and below average, and the food wasn't good enough to eat. Room service was poor, while the free WiFi barely worked. The staff were rude and arrogant. There was no AC remote, and the AC sometimes stopped working altogether, so we were sweating badly at night.

There aren't many hotels in this price range with a lift, which makes this a good choice for senior citizens. I stayed two nights with my family and liked the central location and clean rooms. The staff were good and helpful.
