The mattress in room 125 was so bad that I slept on the floor on 12th jan 2026. It caused severe neck and back pain and spoiled the next two days of our trip. The foam quality and thickness need another look. Maybe others have had the same problem but haven’t reported it. Service was really good, and the rooms and food were satisfactory. Please take this feedback into account.

The staff are good, and the hotel and room were clean and nice. Service could be better, though. If you’re vegetarian, let them know ahead of time, and be aware they charge extra for a water bottle.

I guess this is the worst hotel in port blair. The food tastes terrible despite being too expensive, and there’s no AC cooling. The fridge didn’t work either. When we complained, they said all rooms’ fridges were not working, so why keep them? The beds are too small, and the room layout, including the bathrooms, isn’t good. The worst part was the tour management by “andaman discover”. I’d personally recommend avoiding that tour operator company and its owner Sumit kumar.
