Shyam Kumar, the caretaker, was exceptionally helpful and provided great service. The room was neat and spacious, and the terrace room is very economical and makes a great place to stay. Food choices on the MAP plan are somewhat limited, but the quality and portions are excellent. It’s a 10 to 15-minute walk from the airport, and sightseeing spots are no more than a 15-minute drive away.

A shared open balcony gives guests a lovely view of Port Blair by day or at night. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the staff are cooperative, kind, and helpful. My room was well organized with the needed amenities, including bottled water, and the toilet was clean and stocked with accessories. Food and snacks can be ordered through room service. There’s also a good restaurant just behind the hotel with quality food at reasonable prices. There are no ground- or first-floor rooms, and wheelchair provision isn’t possible here.

We found a good deal after a tiring day and ended up having an awesome stay. The staff and manager were helpful and polite, and the property is within walking distance of the airport. The owner and the person handling service were both very good and humble. The hotel is right in front of the airport, and I booked it by phone after finding it on Google. During the rainy season, ants and earthworms were moving around on the floor. I complained, and staff acted immediately. In general things were good, but the room needs regular maintenance.
