The worst part was the washroom. There was no hot water, and the rooms stank. There’s no kitchen either. Nothing looked like the photos, and the beds weren't proper. The ACs didn't work well, and there was no maintenance or cleanliness. The staff weren't friendly, and the owner was absolutely the worst. I don't recommend going there if you want to enjoy your trip. This place isn't in Port Blair, it's in Havelock. I didn't want to give any rating, but I was forced to.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were warm and friendly. During our stay we happened to meet the owner, Miss. Asha Varghees, a humble, loving lady who takes extra care of her guests. We shared some lovely moments as she told us her story and about the difficulties she'd faced. Her quiet manner and courage in facing life's hardships make her a role model for women. Our 40-person group from Kozhikode district visited Andaman from 10th September to 14th September, 2022, and stayed at V-Knot Residency in Basthu Basthi, portblair. We strongly recommend it to Kerala tourists looking for a comfortable stay in Portblair.

Mr. Vikesh is extremely humble and lovely, and personally takes good care of his guests. The Hotel has amazing amenities and a good ambience around the stay. Hope to visit and see you again soon.
