Dirty rooms and sheets, mannerless staff, and an owner who I believe lies a lot. That’s what Narayani Lodge was like for us. There was no service at all, and the room service boy was so arrogant that I felt he deserved to be slapped. The owner is very old, and I say he’s a complete liar. Record your conversations when booking rooms here, or he may deny everything discussed. If you don’t care about your money, stay here. Otherwise, think twice.

It was a good stay for our family on a limited budget. The price is reasonable, though you have to bargain. The location is nice, right on the main road, with the Bakkhali bus stop about 500 metres away and the sea beach around 1.4 km away. The staff behaved well and the rooms were quite okay. The pillows and bedsheets weren’t very good, so I’d suggest bringing your own. You also have to buy drinking water yourself.

It’s a budget-friendly hotel run by locals, and the staff, who are local too, were helpful. The rooms are spacious, with both AC and non-AC options. It’s very close to the sea beach and bus stand, and the food quality is good.

The sea Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the lodge is well organized, with a well-maintained hall and dining area. There’s a large amount of space and plenty of rooms, both AC and non-AC, making it a good option for staying or organizing family or official occasions. One of the best lodges in Bakkhali.

The lodge is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, and it’s budget friendly, so you could consider it. I needed an AC room because Bokkhali was absurdly hot when I arrived. The room wasn’t very large, but it was the cheapest I could find on a weekend in a growing tourist spot. Room service was good.
