The receptionist was so drunk he couldn’t hear me, and I had to shout every time. The owner was rude at both check-in and check-out, asking me twice whether I’d paid the room rent. I stayed in Room No.102 after checking in on 12th April, having found the hotel on Redbus Application with decent reviews. On entering, mosquitoes were flying around, and the bed was covered in hair. The place was old and smelled bad. The bathroom looked used, with soap left in the wash area. The water bottle was dirty enough that I ordered bottled water and mosquito repellent through blinkit. The TV didn’t work until I called out to reception, who started it using the set-up box, but the picture was entirely red and unusable. I felt like I might not make it out of there. I wouldn’t stay even if it were free, not even in my nightmares. The Punjab Govt should ban the place and lock it up. It’s shocking that hotel owners in India put customers’ lives at risk just for money. Don’t waste your time or money.

There’s hardly anyone at reception when you need help. The owner is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat guests. He charged ₹200 more than the online booking price, and was rude about it too.

I had a really bad experience here. The rooms and washroom were filthy, and there was no room service or room cleaning. Worst hotel I’ve seen.

There’s nobody available for service, and the room and washroom are dirty. They don’t provide mineral water, whether you pay for it or not.
