The difference this time was easy to notice. I visited a few months back and wasn't happy with the service, but the new manager seems to have brought real improvement. Staff are more polite, quick to respond, and better organized. The rooms are tidy, the food has improved, and the service feels much more professional. Good work by the management team. This is my second review.
Lokesh Sir and the team made my sister's engagement at Ginger Hotel a really special day. The arrangements matched what we were promised, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the décor looked stunning. Staff were courteous, professional, and supportive throughout. A special thanks to BM Lokesh Sir for coordinating everything so well and for the warm hospitality. Choosing Ginger Hotel was one of our best decisions. 💖✨
The friendly, polite staff made a strong impression on me, and the service was good too. I liked the rooms and food as well. I stayed here last week and had a very good experience. If I return to Pratapgarh, I'd like to stay here again.
Thanks, Ginger, for a great dinner. The paneer takatak was fabulous, and I'd highly recommend it. I've never had paneer like that at a star hotel before.
The service was very poor and I had a terrible experience. One waiter, whose name was Sujjet or Sanjeev, was very bad. Ginger is the worst hotel. Please don't visit.
