The property is near the Fire Brigade Head Quarter at Rajendra Chawk, a little way in from the main road. It's somewhat hard to find if you don't know the area, but it's secure and in an upscale, calm, quiet neighborhood. There's no food available at or around the property, which is a problem, though being able to have outside orders from Zomato and Swiggy delivered helps. At reception, Mr. Utpol Kant is friendly, cooperative, and helpful, with impressive hospitality skills. He tries to resolve every problem with a smile and leaves none unresolved. The rooms are clean and have the necessary furnishings, and the bedding is handled quite professionally. The bathrooms need attention: they have stains, no hanger, and don't meet expectations. All the locks work, but they're troublesome. In short, the property can certainly be relied on.

I was in Ranchi for my NTPC Exam and booked this place seven days ahead, paying in full. When I arrived, they refused to check me in, saying the hotel was temporarily closed. It seemed like a house, not a hotel, and I still haven't received a refund. I believe the hotel manager and the booking site, whether Goibibo or another site, are connected in this. Don't waste your money here. Book offline when you get to Ranchi, there are plenty of hotels available.

It's a home converted into a rest house, so it doesn't really feel like a proper rest house. Still, it's not too bad for a place to stay.

Couples aren't allowed. Service and cleanliness are good. It's near Ranchi Railway Station, as well as Ranchi High Court and several government departments.
