Hotel Chabi Plaza by OYO Rooms

I wasn’t satisfied with the room or the poor service. They also took an extra 200 without explaining it properly.

The washroom latch didn’t work, and when I asked to change rooms, they said, “If you want to stay, stay, otherwise go find somewhere else.” The manager was very rude and asked for extra money. They don’t give you the keys, so your belongings are at risk. I’ve visited this place many times, but I won’t come back now. I don’t know why anyone would appoint a manager who damages the property’s image. This is just my opinion based on what I experienced here.

The location is good, near Piska more, with the hotel just above PNB bank. Still, it feels more like someone’s home than a hotel. There were only male staff and no female staff, so couples might not feel comfortable.

The room wasn’t good, and the bedsheet, pillow, and other things weren’t clean. Staff behaviour was very bad too, and they asked for extra money. Otherwise, they said I could cancel and waste 1-2 hours, since OYO couldn’t help, and that after a long time they’d shift me to another hotel. The manager behaved terribly. I don’t recommend staying here.
